The features of the project are:

The exterior windows are with Schuco AWS aluminum alloy profiles for swings and Schuco ASS for sliding ones. Performance of windows minimum Class C3 for air permeability, water grip and wind resistance.

The internal air regulation is managed by a VMC-controlled mechanical ventilation system that allows the air to be renewed automatically, without the need to open the windows, thanks to the means and shooting channels placed in the Suspended ceilings.
The winter heating of the housing units is made through a system with radiant floor panels, excluding bathroom rooms where radiators with laundry heating function will be installed. Regulation of ambient temperatures managed by a thermostat in each room for the temperature management of the individual rooms.
The summer conditioning is made by fancoils, placed in the ceilings, with the wall control thermostat for each individual element.
At the condominium level, a system of accounting for heat is placed with distribution of the expenses of the individual units in accordance with the Energy Savings Regulations.
Great attention has been given to thermal and acoustic insulation.
The partitions between the different real estate units are in double plasterboard sp. 12.5 Knauf KASA type or similar with glass wool insulation type Ekovetro or similar sp.60 mm, with a central layer of plaster slabs 12.5 mm with interposed glass wool Ekovetro sp. 45 mm.
The partition masonry is disconnected from the floors by the use of strips of anti-vibrating elastomeric material type Rotomant as – B/AD or similar.
The facades towards the inner courtyard are ceramic up to the third while from the fourth to the sixth floor there is a aluminum plate coating Alloy 5005 thick mm 30/10, with horizontal slats. The urban villa will have a drilled metal lining League 5005, shaped on a sample design.
A home-browser system is installed that connects all the devices (buttons and actuators) of the electrical system, making the system "smart" and flexible for future modifications and implementations.
The home system is operated by a 10' touch screen that allows control of all functions, video-phony and, via the web, allows remote management of the main functions:
- control of loads by managing available power and possible release of non-priority loads, based on electrical absorption;
- management of the apartment's air conditioning systems (radians panels and fancoils).
