Committente-Client: BNP Paribas

The project entailed the completion of four sections, denominated A-B-C-D, all contracted to Sercos SpA. The whole tender was completed in 12 working months, as required by the client and to meet that deadline the whole tender was treated as 4 simultaneous work orders, calling for a single general coordination, again managed directly by Sercos. There were peak periods of work where over 100 workers and trades were present on site, including builders and technicians. The tender also included all outdoor facilities, such as parking lots, street lighting, underground services and landscaped areas.

CURRENT STATUS

The project site, originally housed an industrial complex dating back to the Sixties, was completely rebuilt upon as requested by the client.
The Sercos tender included entire responsibility of the contract, up to the consignment of the sales points to the relevant lessees, for those brand names who chose to trade in the Via Po retail park.
